Hills is a rehabilitation care center licensed for 135 beds. We
opened our doors in August of 1976. Our residents vary in culture
as well as age, and span six decades.
We provide that important step between hospital and home. From your
first contact with us, to discharge and beyond, we provide all the
services and information you need to make informed decisions
regarding the necessary care that’s best for your loved one.
Several things set us apart from other rehabilitation centers, but
we’re especially proud of our great staff. Our dedicated team
consists of 125 caring and experienced individuals. A full-time
licensed administrator oversees the program development and quality
assurance of all departments as well as insuring the financial viability
of the facility. In addition, we have a Director of Nursing, Registered
Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, Certified Nurse Aides, Social
Worker, Food Service, Laundry and Maintenance, Administrative Personnel
and a Certified Activity Director.
We screen our employees with background checks, criminal checks,
and drug screens. We also verify licenses and past employment.
