Services

Quality care is provided by a highly skilled interdisciplinary team who coordinate closely who coordinate closely with internal services, and outside providers to deliver quality, individualized care and attention to each resident. Residents receive 24-hour "around the clock" attention to all of their needs.

Services We Offer

• Respiratory Therapy, IV Therapy, and Wound & Pain Care Management - We provide all of the services that must be provided directly by or under the supervision of a professionally trained skilled nurse. Besides these treatments, we also offer tube feedings, ostomy care, hospice care, respite care, special diets, and wander guards.
• Physical Therapy (how to transfer and how to walk) - We provide physical therapy services including assessment, therapeutic exercise, gait training, range of motion, and maintenance therapy.
• Occupational Therapy (retraining the activities of daily living) - We provide occupational therapy services including any medically prescribed treatments intended to improve or restore functions that have been impaired by illness or injury and improve the ability to perform the tasks required for independent functioning.
• Speech Therapy - We provide diagnoses and treatments for speech and language disorders, swallowing evaluations, and treatments for residents who are having difficulty eating and swallowing.
• Consultation – Consultations we provide include psychology/psychiatry, podiatry, vision, hearing and dental.
• Social Services - We take the appropriate actions to help resolve problems, and to assess the relationship of the resident's medical and nursing requirements, home situation, financial resources, and community resources available if discharge is possible. Our comprehensive care plan conferences include resident and family members’ input to promote positive outcomes.
• Therapeutic Diets - We provide nutritious, pleasing meals with alternate choices. Food is served in a form that meets the resident's needs. We have a licensed consulting Dietitian and a full time food services director. Special therapeutic diets are offered based on physician's orders.
• Special Events – Life at Holiday Hills is pretty exciting! We provide community oriented activities such as musical events, trivia and other games, and many other activities seven days a week, as well as an established volunteer program. We also offer a 14 passenger bus for special outings. The object of these programs is to empower residents by providing them with choices while supporting their care plans.
• Environmental Services - We provide an on site Beauty/Barber Shop, as well as Housekeeping, Laundry, Building and Ground Maintenance services. These ancillary programs ensure resident's surroundings are enjoyable, safe, and clean. Residents are made to feel as if they are at home with the finest amenities.

Our services are periodically reviewed by a quality assurance team.

Payment and Billing
We accept the following reimbursement: Medicare, Medicaid, Private Pay and Insurance. All private pay residents are responsible for their own medications. Medicare and Medicaid rates are all inclusive.

Our daily rates include nursing services, pharmacy services, social services, activities, dietary services, housekeeping and laundry.

Admission
We will conduct an assessment at home or in the hospital.
